These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this Website and the purchase of 3D printed products ("Products") offered by VantaPrints ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this Website, placing an order, or using our services via this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. These Terms apply only to purchases and interactions via www.vantaprints.com.

2. Service Description

‍VantaPrints sells custom or pre-designed 3D printed products through this Website. Customers can often customize Products by selecting available options such as different colours and materials ("Variants") offered on the Product page.

3. Ordering Process

‍a. Placing Orders: Orders are placed exclusively through the shop interface on this Website. You are responsible for accurately selecting Products and Variants, quantities, and providing correct delivery and billing information via the guest checkout process.

b. Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt to the email address provided. This does not constitute fully acceptance. Order acceptance is subject to material or stock availability. Colour Availability: Product colours are subject to the availability of specific printing materials. If a chosen colour Variant for your ordered Product is unexpectedly unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you via email within 48 business hours. We will offer you the option to:i. Choose an alternative available colour for your Product.ii. Wait for the original colour to become available (if a restock is expected, an estimated timeframe may be provided, but is not guaranteed). Cancel the affected item or the entire order for a full refund.If we do not receive a response from you within 72 hours of our email, we reserve the right to cancel the affected item or order and issue a corresponding refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

‍a. Pricing and VAT: All prices displayed on the Website are in Euros (€) and are inclusive of the standard Maltese Value Added Tax (VAT), currently 18%.

The price shown on the product and checkout pages is the final price for the item(s), excluding delivery costs which are added at checkout where applicable.

b. Payment: Payment must be made at the time of ordering using the payment methods available on the Website (e.g., credit/debit card, Google Pay). We use secure third-party payment processors (Stripe) to handle transactions.

c. Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in pricing and Product descriptions. If we discover an error in the price of Products you have ordered before dispatch, we will inform you via email to give you the option of reconfirming at the correct price or cancelling the order for a full refund.

5. Product Information, Colour & Customisation

‍a. Product Descriptions: We take care to ensure Product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, images are illustrative; physical Products may have slight variations inherent to the 3D printing process.

b. Colour Availability: Product colours are subject to the availability of specific printing materials. If a chosen colour Variant for your ordered Product is unexpectedly unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you via email within 48 business hours. We will offer you the option to: i. Choose an alternative available colour for your Product. ii. Wait for the original colour to become available (if a restock is expected, an estimated timeframe may be provided, but is not guaranteed).iii. c. Colour Variation Disclaimer: The colours of the final 3D printed Products may vary slightly from the preview images shown online. This can be due to factors such as screen calibration differences, lighting conditions during photography, the specific batch of printing material filament, and the inherent nature of the 3D printing process layer-by-layer. While we strive for consistency, minimal shade differences between the online preview and the physical product, or between different print batches for the same order, can occur and are considered acceptable characteristics of 3D printed items. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

6. Delivery (Malta)

‍a. Rates:

i. Orders totaling €100.00 or more (including VAT) qualify for free delivery within Malta.

ii. For orders below €100.00, a flat rate delivery fee of €10.00 applies within Malta. This will be added at checkout.

b. Method: Deliveries within Malta are typically handled by a third-party courier service.

c. Dispatch & Times: We aim to dispatch orders within 3-7 business days, depending on Product complexity and current order volume. Customized items may take longer. Estimated delivery times provided by the courier are estimates only and not guaranteed.

d. Risk and Title: Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Title to the Products passes to you upon our receipt of full payment.

7. Cancellation and Returns

‍a. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers): Under EU law, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or which are clearly personalized. As many VantaPrints Products are printed on demand based on your selection of Variants (e.g., specific colour/material combinations chosen by you), they may be considered personalized. Therefore, the 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply to such items unless they are defective. Standard, non-customized items sold directly from existing stock (if any) may be eligible. Please contact us at info@vantaprints.com if you are unsure about the eligibility of your item before attempting a return under this right.

b. Cancellation by You (Before Dispatch): You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately at info@vantaprints.com. If production has already commenced on a customized item, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to reasonable costs incurred. We assess cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

c. Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a Product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly not as described (beyond the acceptable variations mentioned in Section 5c), please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@vantaprints.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence. If we validate the defect or error, we will offer a resolution such as a replacement, repair, or full/partial refund (including reasonable return shipping costs, if applicable), in accordanceance with your statutory rights under Maltese consumer law.d. For eligible returns, items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Limitation of Liability: VantaPrints will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Website or from any Products purchased from this Website, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing or required by mandatory law. Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with an order shall be limited to the total price paid for the Products in that order. This does not limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.
